and construction management services for assets owned directly by affiliates of Emmes and by third-party owners.

The ERS Property Management department handles every facet of property management, including, but not limited, daily
operations, repairs, and tenant relations. The Property Management team's commitment is second to none, fostering personal
and productive relationships with its tenants and vendors. Anyone can buy a property, but to run it well takes a motivated
team, dedicated to running it better than anyone else. This attitude combined with a consistent sense of urgency to "get the
