Emmes targets core, value-added and opportunistic investments in office, retail, and multi-family properties across the United States. Our focus has been to acquire direct equity interests, performing or non-performing whole loans, and we have accomplished same through wholly owned purchases on behalf of our pension fund clients as well as through, joint ventures with nationally recognized institutional partners. Prospective transactions range between $25 and $200 million. We anticipate returns commensurate with a transaction's risk profile.
