Job Title: Leasing Representative

Department: Retail Leasing

Position Reports To : Director of Leasing

Position Type : Exempt Non‑Exempt

  JOB SUMMARY :

  ·           Negotiate lease renewals.

·           Negotiate offer letters from presentation to lease execution.

·           Conduct tenant relation visits.

·           Complete financial analysis of deals.

·           Assist (as needed) in developing marketing materials for properties.

·           Research competitive market information and maintain understanding of market dynamics and databases.

·           Attend industry trade shows and seminars as required.

·           Assist with preparation of new lease proposals and internal approval process.

·           Interact with brokerage community to facilitate real estate deals.

·           Interact with retail community to facilitate real estate deals.

·           Other Duties as assigned.

     EDUCATION

  ·           Bachelor’s degree in related field.

·           Minnesota Salesperson’s Real Estate License (or to be obtained).

·           Computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and others as needed.

·           Financial analysis skills.
