Emmes Asset Management Company LLC (EAMC), an affiliate of The Emmes Group of Companies, provides asset management services for properties owned by affiliates of the Company as well as third-party management services for selected assets.

As an asset manager, EAMC provides strategic guidance by preparing and implementing a long-term master plan specific to each property, with a  mandate to maximize property values and risk-adjusted investor returns.  Each property plan incorporates the specific goals and philosophies of the investors and sets targets for various disciplines, including day-to-day activities such as leasing, property management and construction management. In addition, EAMC tackles all legal issues, including tenant non-payment procedures, tenant bankruptcies, or complicated workout situations, with the expectation of resolving the issues in the most beneficial and expeditious way.  EAMC also handles all financial reporting requirements, including those required by its equity partners and lenders, prepares annual budget forecasts, and constantly reviews property values and market conditions in order to prepare for either a financial restructuring, such as a mortgage refinancing, or asset disposition.
